Application: Shorty Carrier complete assembled unit w/9310 straight cut 1.80 gears.
If you’re running a shorty Powerglide or a standard length Powerglide
with an engine producing over 500 hp, you need a special carrier. The
4340 alloy output shaft is the way to go. To assure accurate axle
locations and parallelism to the output shaft, these carriers have the
axle locations CNC machined to eliminate excess wear on the planetary gears. This is a must for serious racers.
